Thrive is currently in-network with many Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield plans (EPO/EPO PLUS, INDEMNITY, PPO) and out-of-network with all other insurances. Upon request, you will receive a superbill for each visit including treatment and diagnosis codes to submit to insurance for reimbursement if you have out-of-network benefits.

Being out-of-network with insurance allows appointments to be longer, 1:1, and customized to focus on whatever you need each session. Clients have access to reach out between sessions with questions and for modifications or progressions of their treatment program.
